What it makes
These are the outputs the board ships with, each made from the prompt on its card. Run any card again and it makes a new take from the same wires.

Image · Nano Banana Edit · Still
Vertical phone photo: the man from the reference stands in a small coffee roastery beside a black drum roaster, burlap coffee sacks stacked behind him, warm tungsten light mixed with morning light from a high window. He faces the lens at chest height, relaxed and warm, mouth closed. Photorealistic, natural phone-camera look. No text, no logos.

Vertical close photo: freshly roasted coffee beans turning in the round cooling tray of a drum roaster under a steel stirring arm, wisps of smoke, warm light glinting on the oils. No text, no logos.

Video · Veo 3 Fast · 8s · 720p
Handheld vertical phone video in the roastery: he looks into the lens and says, warm and unhurried: "Every bag of Ember is roasted within a week of shipping. Here's why." The roaster hums behind him. No music. A clean frame: no subtitles, no captions, no on-screen text of any kind.

The cooling tray turns slowly and fresh beans tumble under the steel arm as thin smoke rises. Close, warm light. Sound: beans rustling, the roaster humming. No music, no on-screen text.
The stages
The brand and its story, in its own facts. The script may use only what is written here — the names, the dates, the numbers.
A 25-second script in the brand’s voice. The presenter speaks for Ember — "At Ember, we…" — and names the founders in the third person: an AI presenter can tell a brand’s story, but never as the person it happened to.
The presenter, placed in a roastery from his own photo as a reference, and the frame for the b-roll. Each still opens a clip.
The presenter says the hook to camera; the b-roll carries the story under the next line. For the next line of the script, duplicate the talking card and change the quote.
The finish cuts the talking clip and the b-roll, captions them from the script, and labels the presenter as AI-generated: the story is the brand’s, and the presenter is not its founder.
