Resale Terms

These terms are a contract between you and Forgutti Unipessoal Lda (NIF 519031075), which operates Vessero ("we" and "us"). They cover reselling in the Vessero Creator Store: letting other creators resell your products, and reselling theirs.

You accept them once for your shop, when you first open a product to resale or first add someone else's product to your shop. They sit beside the Seller Terms, which still cover everything else about your shop.

A creator can open a paid product to resale. Another creator with a shop can then add it to their shop and their page, where it shows with its creator's name and carries the reseller's link.

The product stays its creator's. We sell it and deliver it exactly as we do any other product: the buyer pays us, at the creator's price, and gets it from us. A reseller never receives the product's files and cannot change its price, its words or its pictures.

You choose each reseller's share of what you earn from a sale they bring: 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% or 50%. It comes out of your share, after VAT and our 10% + $0.50 fee, which stay as they are for every sale. A sale you make without a reseller pays you your full share as before.

You may change the share or close a product to resale at any time. A change counts from the next sale started; a sale already being paid keeps the share it started with. You may stop any reseller from reselling a product; what they already earned is still paid to them.

When someone comes through your link and buys the product within 30 days, on the same browser, you earn your share of what its creator earns from that sale. If they came through more than one reseller's link, the last one counts. Your share is held 30 days for refunds, then paid with your other earnings in the monthly payout, once you are owed $50.00 or more. A refund or a chargeback takes back your share in proportion, as it takes back the creator's.

You earn nothing from a purchase you make yourself, through your own link or with a card you use. A sale paid with a card you have used before is held for our team to check.

Recommend products honestly. Say that you earn a share when you share your links, as the law in most countries requires. Don't present yourself as the product's creator, make claims about it that its page doesn't, or send your links where they are not welcome.

A creator may close a product to resale and a reseller may take a product out of their shop at any time. A product that goes off sale leaves resellers' shops until it is back. What anyone earned before is still paid, unless it came from a breach of these terms, which we may withhold, along with stopping the shop reselling.
