Other AI apps can use Vessero too, if they take a remote MCP server over Streamable HTTP. They connect by signing in (OAuth), or with an API key sent in a header. In Connected apps, the same steps open one at a time, with the address to copy, and the last one tells you when your app is in.
Connect your app
- Give it the address. In your app's settings, add a remote MCP server.
- Name it
Vesseroand give it the addresshttps://vessero.com/mcp. Pick Streamable HTTP if it asks how to connect. - Sign in, or use a key. If your app offers to sign in, use that: Vessero's page opens, and you press Allow.
- If it can't sign in, make it a key. In Connected apps, under Connect another app, press Another app, and at step 2 press Use a key instead.
- Name the key, choose what it can do and, if you like, give it a daily cap. Press Make the key.
- Give your app the header the page shows,
Authorization: Bearer vsk_…with your key in place ofvsk_…. It sends it with every call. - Check it works. In a chat in your app, ask: "Use Vessero to show my credit balance."
What your app needs to know
- The address is
https://vessero.com/mcp, over Streamable HTTP. Paste it exactly: withwww.in front or a slash at the end, the sign-in can fail. - Signing in is OAuth. The app registers itself with Vessero as it signs in, so there's no client ID or secret to type in.
- A key goes in the
Authorizationheader, afterBearerand a space.
If your app doesn't say where it takes a remote MCP server, its own help will.
