A key may make 240 calls a minute. The studios’ own limits apply as on the site.

Calls a minute

Each key may make 240 calls a minute. Every answer says where you are with X-RateLimit-Limit and X-RateLimit-Remaining; past it, calls are answered 429 rate_limited with Retry-After.

What one call can carry

JSON bodies: up to 1 MB.
Files sent to POST /files: pictures up to 8 MB, recordings up to 15 MB, clips up to 200 MB — and up to 100 MB through our edge in one form. Bring larger ones in from a public link.
Prefer: wait: up to 60 seconds, and no run’s call goes past 80 seconds in all.
A Creative Director message: up to 20,000 characters and 8 files.

Versions

This is version 2026-11-03, sent on every answer as Vessero-Version. Fields may be added at any time; anything that would break a caller comes with a new version.
