Turn a public file link off

Turn off one of the person’s permanent public links (https://vessero.com/s/…), so it stops opening the file: for a link they no longer want public. It cannot be turned back on; sharing the same file again makes a new link. Free: it costs no credits. Takes the link’s id or the whole link, as POST /api/v1/share-links or GET /api/v1/share-links gave it.
