POST/director/batches/{batchId}/approve

Make what the director proposed, at its quoted price

Makes everything the batch proposed, each call at the price it was quoted: confirmCredits must be the batch’s totalCredits. Where a real person is named, send agreed: true once the person has agreed to each statement.
