Buy in the Creator Store

Creators sell prompts, AI characters, image packs, board templates, downloads, and presets and plugins for editing apps in the Creator Store. A free one is yours with one press; a paid one goes through Stripe, with Vessero as the seller and tax in the price. Everything you get is in Purchases.

The Creator Store is where people who make with Vessero sell their work to each other: prompts, AI characters, image packs, board templates, downloads such as PDFs and zips, and presets and plugins for editing apps. Vessero sells each product for its creator, so you pay us, by card through Stripe, and the creator is paid their share.

Find something

Open Browse under Creator Store in the sidebar, or the Creator Store on our site, and look by kind. Products are listed newest first, along each row, and the menu beside the search sorts them by Featured or Price instead. A product's page shows examples of it, what's inside, its ratings and the shop that sells it. A shop's page lists all of its products, newest first.

Get it

  1. On the product's page, press Get it free, or Buy for and its price. You need to be signed in, and to buy something paid, your email address confirmed.
  2. A free product is yours at once. A paid one opens Stripe's checkout:
    • The price includes tax, worked out for where you are, and you can add a tax ID for a business.
    • Because it's delivered at once, you're asked to agree that your 14-day right to withdraw ends when delivery starts, and that the purchase isn't refundable.
  3. After paying, you're back in Purchases, which says when it's yours. If your payment is still going through, it shows there once it lands.

For a paid product, you get an email that it's yours, with what you paid, VAT included, and Stripe sends the invoice separately. A free one is announced with a notification.

A free download with just your email

A free product in Downloads or Presets & plugins, such as a PDF guide, doesn't need an account. Type your email on its page and press Get it free: a single file saves at once, and several show on the page to download. We also email you a link to them, which works for 30 days. The box under the email is for tips and news from Vessero, and you don't need to tick it to get the download. If you later make a Vessero account with the same address, the download is waiting in Purchases.

Sales and codes

A product on sale shows its sale price, the usual price struck through and the day the sale ends. The struck price is the lowest the product cost in the 30 days before the sale.

If the shop has discount codes, the product's page shows Have a code? under the button. Type the code and press Apply: the button then says the price you'll pay. Each code works once for each person. If the product is also on sale, you pay whichever is lower, never both, and a code you didn't need isn't used up. A code that takes everything off makes the product yours at once, with no checkout.

You can't buy your own product, or buy one twice. If a second payment for the same product goes through, from two tabs for example, it's refunded in full at once.

Use what you bought

Purchases lists everything you bought or got free, newest first, each with its way in:

  • Prompts: Use the prompts opens them on the product's page. Copy one, or press Use in Images, Video, Music or Voice; the studio keeps the model you picked, and only the words go.
  • Image pack: Open the pictures. They're copied into your Library's Uploads, in a folder of their own.
  • AI character: Open in Cast. The character is added to your Cast.
  • Board template: Open board. A copy of the board is made in your Creative Boards.
  • Downloads and Presets & plugins: Download, one file at a time or all of them as one zip, along with any private links the creator included. A product in Downloads is named by the types of file it holds, such as PDF or PDF + ZIP, on its card, its page and in Purchases, and each file in it shows its type and size, so you know what you're getting before you buy. A preset's page says which apps it works in and how to install it. Every zip was opened and checked before it went on sale, and holds no programs.

While a pack, a character or a board is being copied in, its line says so, such as Copying the pictures. It's ready when the line changes.

You may use what you bought in your own work and your clients' work. You may not resell it.

Rate it, or report it

Once you have a product, you can rate it 1 to 5 stars with a few words, one rating each, and change it later. The creator can reply once. To report a product, a shop or a rating, press Report beside it and say what's wrong.

Refunds

Creator Store purchases aren't refundable, except where the law where you live says otherwise. Before you buy, look at the product's page: its examples, what's inside and, for downloads, each file's type and size. At checkout you tick a box saying you understand this.

If something you bought won't download or open, reply to your purchase email or open a ticket and we'll put it right. A second payment for something you already have is refunded by itself.

When we do refund:

  • Only Vessero refunds, not the creator. The money goes back to the card you paid with, and usually shows within 5 to 10 days.
  • A full refund ends it: it leaves your Purchases, downloads and prompts stop, a character is hidden, and the pictures leave your Uploads. A bought board stays, because it holds your own work.
  • A partial refund leaves it yours.

If a product or a shop goes

When a creator takes a product off sale or closes their shop, you keep what you bought. We end buyers' access only when a product is removed for illegal content, harmful files, fraud or a valid rights notice.

Vessero's own products

A product shown as by Vessero is sold by Vessero itself rather than by a creator. Vessero's prompt packs are free, and their prompts are on their pages for anyone to copy. A paid guide of Vessero's can be bought without an account: you pay at Stripe and download it from the guide's page. A free one is given for your email address.

The UGC Influencer Guides and Ad Videos with Claude Code are sold by a creator's shop, Forgutti, like any other product: you get them with your account, and they stay in Purchases.
