Find your receipts and invoices

Plan and billing lists your latest payments under Receipts. Every invoice, for a plan or for credits, is on Stripe's billing page, opened from Cards, invoices and cancelling. Invoices show the tax in what you paid, and can carry your company's name and VAT number.

Your payments are kept in two places: a short list in Vessero, and the invoices themselves at Stripe, who take our payments.

In Vessero

Plan and billing lists your ten latest payments under Receipts: the amount, what it was for, such as a plan or a number of credits, whether it went through or was refunded, and the date.

When a plan starts, we also email you that it's active, with what you paid, the tax in it, and a link to the invoice.

At Stripe

  1. Go to Plan and billing.
  2. Under Manage, press Cards, invoices and cancelling. On a Business plan it's Invoices and payment details. Stripe's billing page opens.
  3. Open an invoice from its history to see it, and to download the invoice or its receipt as a PDF.

Plans and credit purchases both get an invoice, with the tax shown on it. Manage appears once you've been to checkout.

Tax and business details

  • Plan and credit prices include VAT or sales tax where it applies, and each invoice shows how much of what you paid was tax.
  • To have an invoice made out to a company, buy as a business at checkout and give the company's name and VAT number. They're kept for your next purchases too. A business outside Portugal with a valid EU VAT number isn't charged VAT; the reverse charge applies.
  • To change the details on an invoice you already have, open a ticket.

Business invoices

On a Business plan, Stripe emails each invoice, with a page to pay it by card or bank transfer. They're also under Invoices and payment details. See Business: teams, seats and invoices.

Your statement is credits, not money

Your Usage statement records credits: every one in and out, what it paid for and your balance after each line. You can download it as a CSV. For what you paid, use the receipts and invoices above.

Creator Store purchases

When you buy in the Creator Store, Vessero sells it to you, and the receipt comes by email. See Buy in the Creator Store.
