The Black Friday bonus

For Black Friday, credits come with half as many again, from 5 November to the end of Cyber Monday, 30 November 2026 (Lisbon time).

What you get

• Credits you top up: 50% more on any amount. Buy 1,000 credits and you get 1,500; buy 5,000 and you get 7,500.
• Your first plan: 50% of its month again, on top of the first month's credits. Starter's 728 come with 364 more, Plus's 1,220 with 610, Pro's 2,400 with 1,200 and Ultra's 4,180 with 2,090. Monthly or yearly, the bonus is on the first month.

The bonus is on your first plan only. If you have paid for a plan before, the plan's bonus isn't offered, but your top-ups still get theirs. Moving up to a bigger plan doesn't add a bonus.

Where you see it

Before you pay, the amount shows its bonus on Pricing, in the Credits sheet and in the window that opens when you're out of credits. Stripe's payment page says it again above the Pay button. If the payment page doesn't mention a bonus, that purchase doesn't carry one.

The bonus is decided when you open the payment page. If you open it before the offer ends and pay a little after, you still get the bonus it showed.

When the credits arrive

With the credits you bought, as soon as the payment goes through. Your bell says how many came as the bonus, and your Usage statement lists it.

Bonus credits follow the rule for credits you buy: without a plan they last 60 days, and while you have a plan they don't expire. See Buy credits without a plan.

Refunds

The bonus comes with the payment. If a payment is refunded, its bonus goes with it, and only the credits still unspent are taken back.
