How credits are given, spent, carried over and bought, and what each plan includes.
- 1 minThe Black Friday bonusUntil the end of Cyber Monday, 30 November 2026, every credit top-up comes with 50% more credits, and so does the first month of your first plan. The bonus is shown before you pay and added with your credits.
- 3 minHow credits workRuns cost credits, priced on the button before you press it. Plan credits arrive every month and carry over for one month; credits you buy last 60 days, and don't expire while you have a plan. A run spends plan credits first, then whatever ends soonest.
- 3 minPlans compared: Starter, Plus, Pro and UltraThe four plans differ in price and credits a month. Plus and up add every Pro theme and more for your page; Pro and Ultra add priority, batch automation and more communities. Yearly costs 20% less. Teams talk to us about Business.
- 3 minWhat a run costs, and where you see the priceEvery run's price is on its button before you press it, worked out from the model and the settings you pick. You're never charged more than that; if the price has gone up since the page loaded, you're asked to press again. Afterwards the price is on the result and on your statement.
- 4 minBuy credits without a planAdd credits in any amount from Top up, Plan and billing or Pricing, and pay in Stripe's checkout. Without a plan you can buy them 3 times in any 30 days, and they last 60 days; on a plan you top up as often as you like, and they don't expire.
- 1 minStarter credits for new accountsA new account gets starter credits once, when its email address is confirmed, so you can try things before you pay. They last a set number of days, are spent before any credits you buy, and whatever is left when they end expires.
- 2 minCredits from a referral or a credit linkShare your referral link from Settings, then Referrals. When a friend signs up through it and makes a first payment, you each get credits, which last like credits you buy. A credit link our team shares gives a new account credits when its email address is confirmed.
- 2 minRedeem a credit codeType a code our team gave you in Settings, then Codes, and its credits go on your balance straight away, to use within the code's days. Each code works once for each account.
