Export your data

You can download a copy of everything in your account at any time, free.

1. Go to Your data in Settings.
2. Press Request my data. It's put together in the background, usually within a minute, and the page says when it's ready.
3. Press Download.

What's in it

One file, in JSON, a record of what you've made and written here:

• your account details and plan;
• every credit in and out;
• your pictures, clips, songs, voiceovers and stories, with the prompts they were made from;
• your boards and their cards;
• your Creative Director conversations and your skills;
• your support tickets with our replies, and email you've exchanged with us;
• your account's activity;
• your affiliate application, commissions and payouts, if you applied.

It leaves out our team's internal notes about your account, and what runs cost us.

The files themselves

The export is a record of your work, not the media. To keep the pictures, clips and tracks, download them from your Library: open a piece and press Download, or in Uploads press Select to download several files at once. See Find your work: the Library, folders and downloads.

Good to know

• The download link works for 7 days. After that the file is deleted, and the page shows the export as expired.
• You can ask for one export a day. The last one stays on the page meanwhile.
• If an export fails, the page says why, and you can ask again straight away.

If you can't sign in

Write to us from the contact page, using the address your account uses, and ask for a copy of your data. We answer requests about your data within one month, free of charge.
