Signing in, email settings, exporting your data, and closing your account.
- 2 minChange your email, password or sign-inSet or change your password from a link we email you, in Settings under Sign-in. Your email address can't be changed, because it's how Vessero finds your account. Your name is changed in Profile, and Log out is under Sign-in.
- 1 minExport your dataIn Settings, open Your data and press Request my data. In about a minute you get one file with your account, credits, generations, boards, conversations, skills and tickets, to download within 7 days. The pictures, clips and tracks themselves are downloaded from your Library.
- 2 minWho owns what you make, and can I use it commercially?You do, and yes. We claim no ownership of your prompts, uploads or results, and the licence you give us covers only running the service. AI output may not be unique to you, copyright in it is unsettled in many countries, and you're responsible for how you use it.
- 2 minEmails we send, and how to stop themWe email you about your account and things you did, such as activation links, ticket replies and your plan starting; those can't be switched off. Product news comes only if you turn it on in Settings, at most a couple a month, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
- 3 minHow we handle your dataWe keep what's needed to run your account and hold your work, and send the part a model needs to the provider that runs it. We don't sell your data, run ads or train our own models on your content. Your work is private unless you share it, and you can export it or delete it.
