Our team gives out credit codes, such as SPRING-500, by email, in a post or at an event. A code is worth a number of credits, to use within a number of days.
Redeem one
- Open Codes in Settings, in the Plan and team group.
- Type or paste the code. Capitals don't matter. Under the box you'll see what it gives before you press anything, for example "500 credits · use within 30 days".
- Press Redeem. The credits are on your balance straight away, and the bell tells you so.
A link to a code, such as vessero.com/redeem/SPRING-500, opens Codes with the box already filled in. If our team gave a code to you by name, it's waiting under For you with its own Redeem button, and the email we sent has the same link.
You can also ask a connected AI app to redeem a code for you. See What an AI app can do in your account.
How the credits work
- They're spent before credits you buy, after your plan's credits.
- What's left on the last day expires. Codes shows each code you've used, how much of it is left and the day it ends.
- Every code also shows on your Usage statement, with its name.
When a code gives nothing
Codes says why under the box:
- You have already used this code. Each code works once for each account, and once for each email inbox:
name+1@gmail.combesidename@gmail.comcounts as the same person. - That code has ended, is paused for now, or has been used as many times as it can be. Codes can have an end date and a limit.
- That code isn't for this account. Some codes are only for the people they were given to.
- That code is for new sign-ups, through its link. That's a credit link, not a code. See Credits from a referral or a credit link.
- Activate your account from the email we sent, then use the code. Codes work once your email address is confirmed.
If you think a code should have worked, open a ticket with the code.
