Credits from a referral or a credit link

Share your referral link from Settings, then Referrals. When a friend signs up through it and makes a first payment, you each get credits, which last like credits you buy. A credit link our team shares gives a new account credits when its email address is confirmed.

There are two ways to get credits from the way someone joins: your own referral link, which pays you and a friend, and a credit link, which our team shares with a group.

Your link is in Referrals in Settings, with how many credits each of you gets.

  1. Press Copy link and send it to someone who makes ads or video.
  2. They open it, then create their account.
  3. When they make their first payment, for a plan or for credits, you each get the credits.

Referral credits follow the same rule as credits you buy: without a plan they last 60 days, and while you have a plan they don't expire. See Buy credits without a plan. On your Usage statement they show as Referral reward, and Referrals counts who signed up through your link, who has been rewarded, and the credits you've earned.

What counts:

  • A new account, made after opening your link. Your friend has to open the link first and sign up in that same browser. Someone who already has an account can't be referred.
  • A first payment to Vessero. A plan or credits counts; a purchase from a seller in the Creator Store doesn't.
  • Somebody else. Your own accounts don't count, nor an address on the same mailbox as yours, nor an address that deleted an account recently.
  • A monthly limit on the rewards you're paid, shown under your link. Past it, friends who join still get theirs.

This isn't the affiliate program, which pays commission in money: see The affiliate program.

Our team shares credit links with groups, such as a meetup, a course or a partner's audience. A credit link is a sign-up link with a code on it, and the sign-up page shows what it gives: so many credits for joining, either to use within a number of days or never expiring.

  • It's for new accounts only, and an account can use one credit link, once. Another address on the same mailbox, such as name+1@gmail.com beside name@gmail.com, doesn't get a credit link's credits again.
  • The credits arrive when your email address is confirmed, beside your starter credits: straight away with Google, or when you open the activation link.
  • The bell and an email tell you when they've landed.
  • Credits with an end date are spent before credits that never expire, the soonest to end first, and what's left on that date expires. Credits for good never expire.
  • If you opened the link earlier, the sign-up page remembers it in that browser.
  • A link that has been paused, has ended or is full gives nothing.

Already have an account and got a code from us? Codes are typed in Settings: see Redeem a credit code.

If credits you expected didn't arrive, open a ticket and say how you joined.
