What you upload is yours, and so is what Vessero makes from it, as between you and us. We claim no ownership of your prompts, footage, scripts, voiceovers or finished work, and you can use what you make, commercially included.
What you give us
Only the licence we need to run the service: to store, process, send and show your content, so we can make what you ask for, show it back to you, and share it with the people you choose to share it with. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
We don't use your content to train our own models, and we don't publish it or use it to promote Vessero unless you give us separate, explicit permission.
What we can't promise
- It may not be unique. Someone else with a similar prompt can get something similar, so we can't promise anything a model returns is yours alone.
- Copyright in AI output is unsettled in many countries, and we can't promise yours qualifies for protection.
- It can be wrong. Scripts and research can state things confidently and inaccurately. Check anything you mean to publish as fact.
- What you publish is your responsibility: clearing the rights to what you upload, and how you use the result.
Other people's terms
- The models you use come from other providers, and their terms apply to you as well.
- Footage, pictures and sounds found in B-Roll carry the licence of the library they came from, shown with each one.
- Something bought in the Creator Store comes with the licence on its page: use it in your own and your clients' work, and never resell or share it. See Buy in the Creator Store.
Real people and labels
- Don't clone a voice or a likeness without that person's permission, and don't put real people in sexual content without their consent: see Real people: faces, voices and consent.
- If you publish synthetic media of a real person or a real event, label it. That's a condition of using Vessero.
- AI actors from Cast are labelled as AI in the product, and some finished pieces with one in them carry an "AI-generated" label: see Captions and the AI label.
We don't put a watermark on what you make.
Content that breaks the rules
We may remove content that breaks our Terms, from your account and from any link you shared, and we tell you why unless the law or someone's safety prevents it. See Why was my prompt or result refused?
The full wording is in the Terms of Service.
