Your page and portfolio

Your page at vessero.com/@ and your handle is one link for your Instagram, TikTok or X bio, with your links, social icons, work, products, courses and community as blocks in the order you choose, in a theme you pick. Private links show chosen work to one client each.

Your page lives at vessero.com/@ and your handle. It's one link to put in your bio on Instagram, TikTok, X or YouTube, or to send to friends and clients. People who open it don't need a Vessero account.

It's made of blocks you put in any order: links, the work you made here, what you sell in the Creator Store, your courses and community, videos, songs, an email sign-up and more. Everything stays live. Change a piece, a product or a price and the page shows it, and delete one and it leaves the page.

Build your page

  1. Open Portfolio. Your page is made for you the first time, with a handle from your name. It starts private.
  2. Under Content, press Add. Paste any address (or press Paste in the box), and a YouTube, TikTok or Vimeo link becomes a video player, Spotify, SoundCloud or Apple Music becomes a player, Calendly or Cal.com becomes a booking button, and anything else becomes a link. Or choose a kind of block from the list.
  3. Press a block to open it and change its words and address. It saves when you leave a box, and says Saved beside its switch. Under an address you see what it opens, like "Opens a Google Drive folder", and https:// is added for you.
  4. Drag blocks into the order you want. A switch turns a block off without losing it. Each block shows how many clicks it had in the last 28 days.
  5. Add your social icons under your name: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, your email and more. Type @yourname or paste the address. The line under each one shows the address it becomes, and you drag them into order.
  6. Turn Public on. Anyone with the address can then open your page, and search engines can find it once it shows something besides your name.

The phone beside the list shows your page as visitors see it. While your page is new, faded samples marked Sample fill the gaps there: a bio, social icons, two links, My work and a shop, so you can see how your page will look. Only you see them, and each one goes when you add your own.

Make it with the Creative Director

Press Make my page beside Add (or on the first screen of an empty page). The Creative Director asks a few questions, then proposes your whole page: your bio, links, social icons, theme, layout, and the pictures it would make for the top, your links and a logo. The proposal shows right here, marked Proposed, before anything changes. Make it makes the pictures and puts the page on; Words and design only puts it on without new pictures, for free. Undo puts your page back as it was. It never deletes a block: one it replaces waits in Archive.

The blocks

  • Link: a button to any address. Make it Featured to show it as a big picture card.
  • My work: the videos, pictures, songs, boards and characters you made here, in the order you choose. A tap opens a piece large.
  • Products and Courses: what you sell in the Creator Store, newest first or the ones you pick, with their prices.
  • Community: a card to join your community.
  • Video and Music: a player from YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, Spotify, SoundCloud or Apple Music, or a clip or song of your own. It loads only when someone taps it.
  • Gallery and File: a few of your pictures, or a PDF or file people can download.
  • Email sign-up: visitors leave their email. You export the list as a CSV from Stats.
  • Contact form: visitors write to you, and the messages land in Portfolio and your email. Your own address stays private.
  • Booking, Header, Text, FAQ, Discount code (one tap copies the code) and Countdown (to a launch or a live).
  • Collection: links grouped under a title, shown as a stack, a grid of pictures or a row people swipe. Each link keeps its own picture, clicks, dates and lock. Open the collection to drag its links into order, press Add a link here, or move in links already on your page; a link's ⋮ takes it back out.
  • Tips: visitors pick one of your amounts (up to three), or their own if you allow it, add a note, and pay through the Creator Store's checkout. A tip goes to your shop's earnings, less VAT where it applies and Vessero's 10% + $0.50, and is paid with your monthly payouts: a $5 tip from the US leaves you $4.00. The note comes to you by email and in your bell. Tips need your shop open; until then your page hides them.
  • Reviews: what clients said, with their name, role, stars and photo, swiped one card at a time.
  • Poll: a question with two to six answers. Visitors vote once and then see how everyone voted; the votes so far show beside each answer in the block's form.
  • Save my contact: your name, role, company, phone, email, website and place, with your page photo. One tap saves it to a visitor's phone contacts. A phone number or an email, at least one.
  • Events: your dates, each with its day, time, place, city, a Tickets button or Sold out. Dates that have passed leave the page by themselves.
  • PDF on the page: a PDF people read page by page right on your page, with Download if you allow it. Its first page is the cover.
  • Join a group: a Discord, WhatsApp or Telegram invite, with the group's name and a Join button. The address picks the mark.
  • App download: your app's icon, name and a line, with App Store and Google Play buttons.

A link can also stand out. Its Style can be Spotlight, which fills it with your theme's accent colour, and its Motion can be Shine, Pulse or Wobble, a small move now and then to catch the eye (visitors who turn motion down on their phone see it still). A clip of yours as a link's picture plays there, muted.

On a free page you can add one of each of these new blocks: one Collection, one Poll, and so on. Every plan, from Starter up, adds as many as you like, and opens Spotlight, Motion and clips that move beside a link.

Look

Under Design, pick a Layout first: how the whole page is built. Hero puts your picture or clip across the top with your name over it; Classic centres your photo and everything else; Banner puts a strip of your picture across the top with your photo over its edge; Card lays your page on your picture as one card; Reel leads with your clips, upright in a row that swipes sideways; Grid shows your work as squares, under Work, Shop and Links tabs on a phone; Editorial sets your name large with your links as a numbered list; and Split gives your picture the left half on a laptop. Your blocks stay as they are. Without a plan you have Hero and Classic; every plan opens the rest. Reel and Grid need work showing on your page, and Banner, Card and Split a picture at the top, otherwise they show as Classic.

On a laptop, every layout reads as a website. A bar runs across the top with your name, links to the parts of your page and Share. Your layout's top fills the window, and your blocks follow in sections: each of your Header blocks starts one with its words, and blocks without one are grouped by what they hold (Shop, Links, Watch and so on). Your shop shows up to four products across and your links up to four across, and two smaller sections, like a community and a video, sit side by side. Reel leads with its row of clips and Grid with its squares.

Under the layouts, the 31 themes are small pages in a grid, each one your page in that theme, with your page on a phone beside them. Tap one to use it, or press Shuffle to try one on. Without a plan you have two, Cutroom and Daylight; every plan opens all fifteen free ones (marked Plan). Each theme comes with its own picture or clip for the top of your page. The Pro ones, and Customise for your own wallpaper, buttons, colours and font, come with the Plus, Pro and Ultra plans (compare plans). A Pro theme you saved on another plan shows as its free version until you move up.

Under Header, set your name, what you do, where you are, your bio and your photo, and choose what fills the top of your page:

  • Your best work: your featured piece, or your first clip or picture, while My work is on. With no work there, your theme's own picture or clip fills the top, and your photo stays in the round by your name.
  • Upload: a picture or clip from your phone or computer, up to 50 MB. It goes up straight away and stays in your Library's Uploads. Uploading comes with every plan; one you uploaded before stays saved, and your theme's own picture shows until you're on a plan.
  • From your work: any picture or clip you made here.
  • No picture: your name on the theme's colours.

When a picture or clip of yours fills the top, What always shows under the tiles lets you drag a point onto what must stay in view, like your face or a product (the arrow keys move it too). Three small frames show how a phone, a laptop and a whole window will crop it, and every layout keeps that point in view. It saves when you let go. Reset goes back to each layout's own crop, and choosing a new picture for the top clears the point.

What visitors see

Your best clip or picture (or the one you uploaded or chose, or your theme's own) fills the top of the page, with your name, what you do, your bio and your social icons over it. A clip plays without sound until a visitor turns it on. Under it come your blocks: one column on a phone, and on a laptop sections across the page, with a bar at the top that takes visitors to each one.

A bell at the top lets people sign up when you have an email sign-up block. Share gives them your link, a QR code to scan or save, and buttons for WhatsApp and X. On a laptop there's also a QR code button, so someone at a computer can open your page on their phone. In Portfolio, Share at the top also saves your page's QR code as a picture for print (PNG) or any size (SVG).

Pages end with a small "Made with Vessero" button. On Plus, Pro and Ultra you can take it off.

Under it, every page has Terms, Privacy and Report. Report lets a visitor tell Vessero's safety team about a page that breaks the rules, with the same short form as reporting a store product. The team reads every report.

Your page opens already drawn, in your layout and theme, so it's there the moment someone taps your link.

A link to your page shows a picture of it wherever it's shared: WhatsApp, iMessage, X, Slack and the rest. The picture is the top of your page (or your theme's own picture), with your photo, your name and your @handle in your theme's colours. When you change your photo, top picture, name or theme, the picture changes too. Anything you've switched off stays off it.

Google and other search engines can list your page once it's public and shows something besides your name: a bio, a social link, or a block that's switched on. A header on its own doesn't count. Search results use your name and @handle as the title and your bio as the description, unless you write your own under Settings › Search and sharing. A page behind a passcode, or for people 18 and over, isn't listed. Turn Public off and your page leaves search results as engines next check it.

Show or hide any part

Content lists your page from top to bottom, and you can switch off anything on it.

  • The top of your page is the first row. Open it to switch each part on or off: your photo, your @handle, what you do and where, your bio, your social icons, the clip's name, the Subscribe button, and Share and QR code. Your name always shows. The row says how many parts are hidden.
  • Each block has its own switch. A block you switch off waits in Archive.
  • My work switched off takes your work off the whole page, the top included. The top then shows a picture you chose or uploaded for it, otherwise your theme's own picture or clip.
  • The foot, "Made with Vessero", is the last row. On Plus, Pro and Ultra you can switch it off.

Whatever you switch off stays saved for when you want it back. It isn't sent to visitors at all, so a bio or photo you hide isn't in the page's code, its search results or its link previews.

Stats

Stats shows your page's views, clicks and click rate by day, which blocks get clicked, the countries visitors are in and where they came from (Instagram, TikTok, X, Google, WhatsApp, direct and others). You see the last 28 days. On Plus, Pro and Ultra you also see 90 days, a year, and All time, back to your page's first visit. Bots and link previews are never counted, and nothing about a visitor is kept but the count.

Export saves your views and clicks by day as a CSV. On Plus, Pro and Ultra it also saves everything: every count by day, block, country and source, your short links' clicks included, for the period you're looking at.

Settings

Settings in Your page holds how your page is found, who can open it and what measures its visitors. Each part saves as you change it.

  • Search and sharing: the title and description Google and shared links show (up to 60 and 160 characters), with a preview of the search result. Left empty, your name and bio are used.
  • Who can open it: a warning before your page opens, either Sensitive content or 18 and over. Visitors choose to go on, once a visit. On Plus, Pro and Ultra you can also put a passcode on the whole page: until a visitor gives it, they see only your name and photo, and search engines don't list it. A browser that gave it keeps your page open for 12 hours, and changing the passcode closes it again for everyone.
  • Measure your visitors (Plus, Pro and Ultra): your own Meta pixel ID, with a Conversions API token if you like, your Google Analytics ID (G-…) and your TikTok pixel ID. They run only for visitors who allow creators' own tools on the cookie card, and they're told only that someone opened your page and which links they pressed, never anyone's email. With the token, the same views and clicks also go from our server, so ad blockers don't hide them. The token is kept locked away and shows only its last four characters.
  • Link tags (Plus, Pro and Ultra): adds utm_source=vessero, utm_medium=link_in_bio and utm_campaign= your handle to your page's links, so the sites you link to see the visit came from your page. A link with tags of its own keeps them.
  • Send everyone to one link (Plus, Pro and Ultra): for a launch or a live stream, anyone who opens your page goes straight to one address, for a day, a week, until a time you pick, or until you turn it off.

Settings you saved on Plus stay saved if you move down, and start working again when you move back up.

On Plus, Pro and Ultra, open a link block and add rules under its address, under Send some people elsewhere: choose a device (iPhone and iPad, Android, any phone or tablet, or a computer) or one or more countries, and where those visitors go. Everyone else goes to the link's own address, and the first rule that fits wins. A link to your app can send iPhones to the App Store and Android phones to Google Play. Short links take the same rules.

A link whose address no longer opens shows Fix in Content, with why: Not found (404) or No such site. We check each address when you add or change it and again every day. Only a clear answer shows Fix: a site that blocks checks like ours, as Instagram and TikTok sometimes do, never raises one. This comes with every page.

Dates and locks

On Plus, Pro and Ultra, open a block to choose When it shows: a start and an end, or an end of today, tomorrow or a week from now. Who can open it can ask before it opens: either that the visitor is 18 or over, or for a passcode you choose (at least four characters). A lock on My work covers the top of your page too: the top uses your work only while My work is open to everyone, and behind a passcode your pieces reach a visitor only once they give it.

Your handle

A handle is 3 to 30 characters: letters, numbers, dots and underscores, starting and ending with a letter or a number. With a plan you can change it once every 30 days; without one, your page keeps the handle it was given. The old one keeps leading to your page for 30 days, so links you've already shared still work.

A private link shows a client only the pieces you pick for them, with your note across the top. It's never on your public page.

  1. In Portfolio, open Private links and press New link.
  2. Give it a title and an optional note, a passcode if you like (at least 4 characters), and how long it stays open: until you turn it off, or 7, 30 or 90 days.
  3. Add the work for that client, then press Copy and send it.

Turn off a link whenever you like: it stops working, and so do the files on it. You can have up to 50 open links.
