The Creative Director helps you plan and write ads, videos, pictures, songs and voiceovers that work, then makes them for you once you agree to the price. Ask it in your own words, such as "an ad for my sunscreen for Instagram" or "a 30-second jingle for my bakery".
Where to find it
Press Creative Director in the top bar on any page. It opens as a panel beside the page and stays open as you move around the app, on the same conversation. ⤢ opens the same conversation as a full page.
To make the panel wider or narrower, drag its left edge; the page beside it makes room. Double-click the edge to put it back as it was. It opens as wide as you left it the next time you use that browser.
Beside a studio, it reads what you've typed in that studio's box when you send a message: UGC Ads, Video, Images, Music, Voice and Ads Studio. Each piece of work it writes comes as a card. On a card, Use puts the work in the box beside you (a script, a prompt, a song's style and lyrics, a voiceover's words, an ad brief), and Undo puts your box back as it was. Away from a studio, a card has Copy and Open in studio.
Your chats
Every conversation is kept. ☰ at the top of the panel lists your recent ones, and the full page lists them all. To rename or delete one, point at it in ☰ and press ⋮ (on a phone it's always there), or press its ⋯ on the full page.
Deleting asks first. The conversation's messages are gone for good, and so are any prices in it you didn't make. What it made stays in your Library, your studios and your boards, and the files you added stay in your Library's Uploads. A conversation can't be deleted while the Creative Director is still answering in it, or while it's starting what you pressed Make it for. Wait a moment and try again.
What you can give it
Use the paperclip under the box:
- Picture: a photo of you, your product, or a look to keep.
- Video to copy: an ad or a clip you want yours to look like.
- Voice or sound: a voice note, a song or a sound.
- From your Library: anything you made, uploaded or saved.
- A saved product: its facts and pictures go with your message.
You can add up to 8 files to one message. The Creative Director sees your pictures, but it can't watch a video or listen to a sound, so say what each one is.
When you paste a link to a product page, Save as a product appears above the box. It reads the page into your Products for free, and the saved product goes with your message. The Creative Director can also save a link for you when you say yes.
What it can make
It can make UGC ads, clips, pictures, and videos of several shots joined into one on a Creative Board. It can also make songs and jingles, voiceovers, upscales and edits, talking avatars, picture ads, influencer clips and narrated stories. Ask for a clip's draft, a loop, cuts, a seed, a clip from a web page or an effect, and it sets those too.
Nothing is made until you say so. When you want something made, the Creative Director prices it and shows a card with each item and its price. Only Make it runs it and spends credits. A retake is a new price and a new press.
How it directs a video
Before anything is made, the Creative Director directs it with its Directing workflow skill. Each picture or clip you give it gets one job, such as who someone is, the product, the place or how someone moves. It says who stands where and looks where, and times each shot from where it starts to where it ends, with the camera, the sound and the dialogue written apart. Beside UGC Ads it does the same for your ad: where the phone is, what the hands do with the product and where the eyes go in each part of the script.
A scene of several shots in one place can be one clip on a model that cuts within a clip, such as Seedance 2.5. For a long or difficult one it may suggest a draft first: made at 480p for the 480p price, with the take you like made sharp later. It follows the skill in every conversation while it's on in Skills.
Make your page
On Your page, the Creative Director can make your whole link-in-bio page with you. Press Make my page beside Add in Content, or on the first screen of a page with nothing on it yet, or open the Creative Director there and pick Make my page. It reads your page, asks a few questions, then proposes the whole page: your bio, your links and their order, your social icons, a theme and a layout, and the pictures to make for the top of your page, your links, and a logo for your round photo if you're a brand without a photo.
Nothing changes while you talk. The proposal shows in the editor itself, marked Proposed, with dashed places where its pictures will go; press Now to see your page as it is. The card in the chat prices each picture:
- Make it makes the pictures, then puts the whole page on in one go.
- Words and design only puts the page on without new pictures, for free.
- Not now leaves your page as it is.
It never deletes a block. One it replaces is switched off and waits in Archive. Afterwards, Undo puts your page back as it was, and Keep keeps it; the pictures stay in your Library either way. Undo takes back the newest page from the Creative Director, and asks first if you changed your page since. Making your page public stays your own step: turn on Public in the editor, or press Make it public in the chat.
A whole page usually costs about 60–130 credits: two or three messages and the pictures, at 2–9 credits a picture. The first message after about an hour costs most, as it loads the Creative Director’s know-how again. With fewer than 60 credits, Make my page opens Top up.
What it costs
Each message is priced by what the Creative Director reads and writes. The box shows the most a message can cost before you send it ("up to N cr"), and you pay only what it uses. When nobody has used the Creative Director for about an hour, the next message costs more, because it loads its tools and know-how again; messages after it read them back for much less. Making something costs what the same work costs in its studio. See How credits work.
